Details: a 4 day at home workout split that includes exercises, sets, reps, and rest times. Only requires dumbbells

Plans set custom to you, in or out of an app. With long term progress and progression in mind, Coaching includes personalized recovery, nutrition, and balance along with fitness while Training Programs focus on custom fitness with more general nutrition and mobility

What's New
I've been working on the best ways to share more of how I train myself and manage my overall wellness AND make those pieces more accessible, format and cost wise. I've picked up a lot over the 10+ years of training, 90% of which I trained myself, and what I'm realizing after many months of sorting through it all and working through THE BEST ways to explain it all is that:
(a) I'm not 100% sure on which pieces EVERYONE will love, so I'm starting with what I think helped me the most to get to where I am now and am very open to ideas of what you'd like to see - submit to the form above!
(b) mainly wanting to share resources so people can learn more about the various pieces it took to learn to train myself, so you can learn to train yourself too!
I offer guidance and coaching on the 4 main topics below, these are what I balance to maintain my overall Wellness:
Fitness
Think: workouts at the gym or at home, cardio, and NEAT ( Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis)
Recovery
Think: Mobility, stretching, planning deload weeks, noticing and knowing what to do about sleep and stress levels
Nutrition
Think: overall balance, nutrient dense foods, quality over quantity, moderation +variation over exact daily numbers
Self Love, Mental + Emotional Wellness... Lifestyle
