One on One Coaching

Personalized coaching tailored to your goals, with structured training phases that support steady, sustainable progress.  Whether you commit for 1 month or 6, each phase is built with long-term success in mind.

Every plan comes with a personalized app login where you can track workouts, log progress, and stay connected through in-app messaging. You’ll have access to video check-ins, form feedback, and a training plan customized to your goals and lifestyle. Progress is monitored with photos, measurements, and regular assessments to keep you moving forward. Nutrition support is included—whether that’s intuitive eating, food logging, or macro tracking—along with guidance on building healthy daily habits like steps and mindful practices.

Plans included:

  • Personalized app access to guide you through workouts, all exercises come with videos and form notes

  • Weekly - biweekly video check-in calls to discuss the week ahead, review any questions, and for accountability and support

  • Form feedback through video submissions or during check-in calls

  • Training plan with scheduled phases tailored to your goals and lifestyle

  • Progress and metric tracking with photos and body measurements

  • Regular assessments and re-assessments of progress

  • Nutrition support, including intuitive eating guidance, food logging, or macro tracking

  • Healthy habit tracking for steps and wellness practices like yoga or meditation

A sliding scale adjusts service costs to ensure financial barriers don’t prevent access to coaching —clients choose a price within a specified range based on their needs.

It’s offered to support a broader range of people, ensuring coaching is accessible to more of the trans and queer community, who often face financial disparities and challenges.

This allows clients to receive quality services while managing their finances. If you're able, paying full price or paying it forward will help more trans and queer individuals access coaching and work towards their goals!
